Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for full‐cycle, high‐volume recruiting to support light industrial staffing operations. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build quick, persuasive connections with candidates. The Recruiter will source, interview, place, and manage candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Candidate EngagementProactively recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial positions in a high‐volume environmentBuild immediate rapport with candidates through outgoing, friendly, and persuasive communicationClearly explain job expectations, work policies, and safety requirements in both English and SpanishOn rare occasion client tours and visits may be required to observe working conditions, safety issues, production requirements, and assignment details. This position will actively work to ensure proper associate documentation to reduce unemployment claims and on the job workplace injuries.Maintain consistent candidate follow‐up to ensure engagement, attendance, and retentionStaffing Operations & UrgencyOperate with an extreme sense of urgency to meet client production and staffing demandsAccurately complete onboarding documentation while adhering to strict timelines and compliance standardsManage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a faster‐than‐average work paceEnsure all work is completed thoroughly, accurately, and in accordance with company policiesClient & Team CollaborationPartner with internal team members to ensure staffing goals are met efficientlyCommunicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders at all levelsAssist in managing and resolving complex client situations with a calm, effective, and solutions‐focused approachIncorporate feedback and input from leadership and teammates when making recruitment decisionsDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate records in applicant tracking and internal systemsFollow established company guidelines and procedures for hiring, onboarding, and employee managementEnsure all delegated work is followed up on thoroughly and pleasantlyAdaptability & LeadershipRespond to frequent change with professionalism, consistency, and guidance from managementPromote teamwork and participation while projecting enthusiasm and accountabilityServe as a friendly, responsive team leader with a strong sense of duty and responsibilityJob CharacteristicsFaster‐than‐average pace in a dynamic, changing environmentExtremely detail‐oriented with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracyHigh sense of urgency Decisions made with collaboration and within established company guidelinesFriendly, persuasive communication style that encourages engagementStrong follow‐through on delegated tasksRequired QualificationsMust be within a commutable distance to the Addison or Irving officeBilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)2 years of experience in high‐volume light industrial recruiting Strong professionalism with the ability to communicate at all organizational levelsProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under tight deadlinesExperience managing complex client or employee situations effectivelyStrong personal drive, accountability, and motivation for successA team oriented but self-motivated/competitive attitude determined to be the top producer (LI recruiting preferred) with solid, high energy, customer service focused attitude and experience and a love for serving and helping people at all ends of the spectrum.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to quickly learn ATS systemsWell‐developed problem‐solving skills and self‐directionFlexibility in work hours to meet client production and peak staffing needsValid Driver License
