We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Manage the front desk by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings efficiently using calendar software.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
