Cross train on all finishing assets in the Bindery department. Perform minor preventive maintenance/repairs, report any mechanical defects to Operator, Manager and Team Lead, and keep machinery in good working condition. Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times. Ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD. Success factors Preferably +2 years of Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other technical skills operating machinery. Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation. Flexibility to work any shift and Overtime. Work in a fast pace environment with ability to adapt to change. High school diploma or GED
Physical requirements: Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds. Long periods of concentration. Speaking, hearing and vision are also essentials to performing job functions.
