Trainer/Training Specialist - Part-Time Contract | Workforce Software | Utica, NY/Watertown, NY: onsite We're hiring a Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training for employees using Work Force Software, or similar workforce-management/timekeeping systems.
What You'll Bring:
Experience delivering instructor-led training to groups Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce, Work Force Software, workforce management systems, or employee timekeeping platforms Ability to explain technical workflows clearly to employees with varying levels of technical proficiency Availability for early-morning training sessions Tuesday through Thursday Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and inclusiveness
What you will Do:
Deliver instructor-led training using project-provided training materials Teach employees how to enter and manage time using ADP Workforce, Work Force Software, or the applicable client system Demonstrate system workflows and best practices Guide participants through hands-on exercises Answer system-related questions and troubleshoot common user challenges Adapt training delivery to different levels of technical proficiency Adjust to scheduling changes resulting from weather events or operational needs Assignment Details
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Training: Two 90-minute instructor-led sessions per day Start Time: First session may begin as early as 7:00 AM
Travel:
