About the role
We are partnering with a leading industrial equipment and service provider to hire an Industrial Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial sales professional who wants to take ownership of their territory, inherit an existing customer base, and drive new business growth. You’ll represent a broad portfolio of compressed air equipment and system solutions, working closely with customers to understand their applications and provide the right technical solution. The position offers strong six-figure earning potential through a base salary and uncapped commission, along with a vehicle reimbursement program, comprehensive benefits, and extensive technical training and support.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an established sales territory and existing customer base. Develop new business by targeting competitive accounts and identifying new opportunities. Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers and prospects. Sell compressed air equipment, systems, and related solutions into industrial customers. Work with internal technical resources to develop customer-specific system solutions. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted technical resource. Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market-share targets. Maintain consistent prospecting, customer engagement, and sales activity. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM.
Requirements:
Proven track record in industrial or technical sales. Compressed air sales experience strongly preferred. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow an existing territory. Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
