Education: Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field required

Preferred Experience: Working with children in ABA, school services, or a related field. Coaching, mentoring, or training others. Facilitating small groups or leading training sessions.

Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Clear communication and confident feedback delivery. Motivates and supports individuals across a range of experience levels. Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management. Troubleshoots issues as they surface, without waiting to be asked. Positive, energetic presence that keeps learners engaged. Balances support with accountability.

Additional Requirements: This is an in-person position, 30 hours per week, based in-center with field-based work across your assigned region. Reliable transportation. Meets all required background, health, and compliance standards.
