About the role
Partnering directly with business teams, the hands-on Florida Licensed Assistant General Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on regulatory compliance, and manage legal matters for both RAW Nutrition and BUM Energy in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including co-manufacturing and distribution agreements
Advise marketing teams on advertising claims and compliance with FDA/FTC regulations
Manage trademark, copyright, and consumer protection matters while coordinating with outside counsel
Required qualifications
Licensed and in good standing in Florida, or eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel certification
3+ years of in-house legal experience
3 to 5 years of law firm experience
Strong commercial and contracts background
