Maintenance Technician / SpecialistThe Maintenance Technician / Specialist is responsible for executing daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.- Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, painting line robots, automation systems, and facilities.- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures promptly, with a strong focus on injection molding and robotic painting systems.- Document all maintenance activities, work orders, and spare parts usage accurately using the CMMS.- Support 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement projects on the production floor.- Strictly follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding procedures.
