About the role

Driving performance excellence through data-driven insights, the full-time remote Manager of Performance Analytics will design KPI frameworks, establish performance standards, and develop AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilitiesDesign and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Develop AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experienceRequired qualifications5+ years of experience in performance management, business intelligence, or data analytics 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML tools or development projects Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into business insights Excellent communication abilities for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
