Sales Representative: Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) About the job We are seeking a high-performing, field-based Sales Representative who will be responsible for acquiring new business and capturing market share within a regional territory. This role focuses on driving the adoption of our products with electrophysiologists (EPs) and EP/Cath lab managers in the hospital and surgery center environments.  The ideal candidate has a proven track record in medical device sales, a road warrior, independent, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Fischer Medical manufactures and distributes medical devices used during cardiac electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures.  The Opportunity The representative will be responsible for sales and supporting the installations and staff training for the Bloom² electrophysiology stimulator and EP-Tracer recording + stimulator system. Call points are the hospital Cardiac EP Lab and cardiac electrophysiologists. Reporting to the US Business Director.  Responsibilities Sales Prospecting/New lead generation Device installation EP lab staff training Onsite case support Post-installation technical support  Skills Must have comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently. Must be able to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.  Preferred EP lab experience Capital sales experience  Travel Road warrior - frequent travel  Territory US  Compensation Salary, commission, bonus, medical, expenses Year 1: $160,000-$180,000+ (uncapped)  Benefits 401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution Annual company profit share Paid time off Paid holidays Life insurance Health and dental insurance  Company The Fischer brand dates back to the H.G.
