About the role
Supporting the Design and Engineering team, the full-time remote Design and Engineering Systems Engineer will manage process improvement, data management, and analytics while developing reporting tools and dashboards to enhance decision-making across engineering functions.
Key responsibilitiesLead process documentation and refinement to enhance efficiency in Design and Engineering workflows
Develop decision-support tools by integrating data collection and creating reports and dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data collection and presentation across business functionsRequired qualificationsThree or more years of experience in process improvement and data management
Proficiency in developing and maintaining Smartsheet solutions and workflows
Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms for creating dashboards and visualizations (preferred)
Strong understanding of software integration and data transformation from multiple business systems
Ability to engage stakeholders and document business requirements for scalable processes and reporting solutions
