Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking a Head Coach to lead Human Performance coaching for artists in a U.S.-based production. You will supervise a team of Artist Coaches, ensure safety protocols, and drive performance improvements across all acts. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will collaborate with Performance Medicine, Health & Safety, and Artistic direction to plan training, assess progress, and implement injury risk
