Position Overview: We're looking for a polished, service-driven professional to be the welcoming face of our boutique — someone who enjoys connecting with clients and helping keep a refined, fast-moving environment running smoothly. You'll support our sales, operations, and events teams, playing a key role in bringing the Kwiat and Fred Leighton client experience to life every day. Client Experience Greet and host clients with warmth and professionalism Manage in-store hospitality Help maintain an elevated, welcoming boutique atmosphere Sales & Presentation Support Retrieve merchandise and prepare presentations Maintain showcases, counters, and drawers Support luxury packaging and gift wrapping Operations Support Assist with transfers and shipping Support tagging, labeling, and inventory standards Follow up on repair estimates and approvals Events & Marketing Assist with event coordination and execution Support display and creative initiatives
