FAEs will translate complex engineering realities into actionable insights for client executives and engineering leads. Drive Rapid First-Level Failure Analysis (FA): Diagnose and resolve critical hardware and firmware anomalies directly on-site at customer facilities, minimizing system downtime and preserving critical account relationships. Bridge Global Engineering Teams: Act as the critical pipeline for NPI programs, collaborating seamlessly with manufacturing and design teams in Asia to validate specs, execute on-site testing, and ensure localized compliance. Execute High-Precision Lab Diagnostics & Rework: Perform hands-on debugging, voltage/current control loop tuning, and precision Surface Mount Device (SMD) circuit rework in local labs or client environments to deploy immediate engineering fixes. Proactively Engineer Out Quality Risks: Identify systemic component or design vulnerabilities in the field before they impact scaling, guiding customers toward ideal topology selections and optimized overall configurations.

Strong knowledge of AC/DC, DC/DC power supplies and analog circuit design. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
