About the Role: The Company is seeking an SVP to lead the operational growth of its luxury outdoor living business. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day business operations, including leading and building teams, driving manufacturer and trade partnerships, and managing financial performance. This executive will work closely with the Founder to build and expand the business, with a focus on premium showroom retail, trade distribution, and hospitality partnerships. Key tasks include opening new showroom locations, developing hospitality and designer channels, and establishing scalable operating processes. Applicants must have executive-level P&L ownership, experience in leading premium luxury businesses, and the ability to build infrastructure in a growth environment. Strong leadership, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. The role also requires experience in representing a luxury brand publicly and a proven track record of success in a similar industry.
