Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner. Pay: $28 - $35The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit Annual Benefits-FrontlineResponsibilities•? Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts •? Handle heavy workload of calls •? Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return? •? Manage workload and job scheduling •? Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork?? •? Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs) •? Keep manager informed of customer feedback •? Communicate effectively and promptly •? Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team •? Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company •? When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups? •? Report team performance issues to the SupervisorQualifications? Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license •? High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required Preferred Qualifications: •? One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred •?
