About the role
Post-Closing Associate Start your career in the mortgage industry with SingleSource! We're looking for a Post-Closing Associate to join our growing team in a hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg, PA office. You'll learn how residential mortgage closings come together, coordinating with borrowers, lenders, title companies, notaries and closing agents from clear-to-close through funding. No mortgage experience? That's okay. We're looking for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and eager to learn. Previous experience in mortgage, title, banking, real estate or customer service is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do:
- Help coordinate residential loan closings from start to finish
- Make sure closing documents are complete and accurate
- Follow up on missing documents or information
- Upload and organize completed loan documents
- Communicate with borrowers, clients, and closing agents
- Help keep each closing organized and on schedule

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication provided to clients in an office environment both written and verbal
