About the role
Client Success Representative The Client Success Representative is responsible for driving revenue for Cardone Ventures by selling a high volume of Elite Edge - our introductory workshop - tickets and introducing and moving qualified business owners through our ecosystem. A successful individual in this role will have a strong desire to master the sales process and the initial steps of our client journey.

Within 30 Days:
Fully onboarded and confident in the Cardone Ventures sales process, including scripts, CRM (HubSpot), and the Elite Edge product suite.
Consistently achieving daily activity metrics of 200+ outbound calls and 2.5 hours of talk time while demonstrating understanding of the client lifecycle.
Within 60 Days:
Consistently closing an average of 6+ Elite Edge ticket sales per week through effective discovery, objection handling, and value-driven communication.
Managing a personal pipeline of qualified prospects with accurate HubSpot notes, timely follow-ups, and proactive participation in sales training and call reviews.
Within 90 Days:
Exceeding individual performance goals: 7+ weekly ticket sales, 70% onboarding booking rate, and 70% of clients scheduled into event dates.
Recognized for top-tier performance, strong alignment with Cardone Ventures' culture, and the ability to independently manage a full outbound sales cycle.
Objectives:
Make 200 outbound calls daily to generate new leads, ensuring 2.5 hours of talk time per day to maintain high engagement and lead generation volume.
Engage with clients over the phone, effectively utilizing sales strategies to close deals.
Sell tickets 7+ tickets per week by uncovering pain points, presenting the Elite Edge event, highlighting the value and benefits of the event to qualified business owners.
Achieve a 70% onboarding booking rate and 70% of clients scheduled into specific dates
Generate cash sales while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly sales targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Participate in daily sales training with Cardone University platform, sales meetings and call reviews.
Stay up-to-date with the latest events, summits, and workshops to effectively promote and sell tickets.
Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
Competencies:
Understand customer needs and tailor ticket recommendations accordingly
Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff, and/or outside clients
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups on unsold opportunities, leading to higher closure rates
Sense of urgency -able to function in a high-demand and fast-paced environment
Understand and follow the sales scripts for The Elite Edge
Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of 200+ outbound calls/day
Ability to leverage HubSpot CRM and be accurate in taking notes on clients
Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. video messages, giftsetc)
Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes to our different product offerings
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer's questions to the best of your ability
Ability to master the outbound sales process.
Education and Experience:
GED or high school diploma preferred
At least 1 year sales experience required, 2 years is preferred
Demonstrated experience being a top performer in some arena ( such as athletics, sales, education, etc )

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
Ability to work at in person events ranging 1 - 3 days at a time
Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office; this is not a remote role
