About the role
Serko is seeking a Principal Engineer to design and-scale autonomous AI agentic systems. You will define the technical vision, own end-to-end architecture, and mentor senior engineers across our Washington/California footprint. You'll collaborate with Product, Research, and Platform teams to ship reliable, high-availability runtimes, optimize observability, and drive best practices in an AI-first engineering culture.
