Project Manager

Pay Range: $45.72hr - $48.99hrRequirement/Must Have: Education in supply chain management or related field.5+ years of experience in the domain with proven track record. Proactive assertiveness. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial attitude. Professional experience in a supply chain function and in a project environment. Technical interest and ability to solve complex problems independently. Result-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities: Work with a cross functional team to provide world class on-time supply chain support during project, tender and execution phases to the Project delivery and service organization. Purchase materials according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms. Ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. Plan and execute procurement activities for tender and project activities in order to support project objective achievement in terms of cost/budget, schedule and supply quality. Maintain a primary interface with the sales and execution teams. Plan and ensure appropriate implementation and compliance to SCM instructions. Monitor procurement status and update teams as necessary. Proactively work to resolve issues related to procurement cost, quality and delivery. Ensure that RFQs are issued in compliance to the sourcing strategy. Ensure cost reduction and KPI targets are met. Manage relationships with suppliers in partnership with NAM and Global Category Management teams. Uphold core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
