This role partners closely with business leaders, strategists, planners, designers, and operational teams to help manage change initiatives, support portfolio delivery, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving collaboration, monitoring business objectives, and supporting the successful execution of IT programs and investments.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with business leaders, stakeholders, and operational teams to support IT initiatives and strategic business objectivesSupporting the planning, coordination, and execution of IT programs and projects across multiple business areasBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teamsMonitoring project and program performance to ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and operational prioritiesAssisting with the management of investment and sustaining project portfoliosSupporting change management initiatives and helping drive adoption of new processes and technology solutionsCoordinating with strategists, planners, designers, and operational partners during project implementation activitiesIdentifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating concerns when appropriatePreparing status updates, project documentation, and reporting materials for leadership and stakeholdersHelping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery supportRequirementsExperience supporting IT programs, projects, or operational initiatives within a corporate or enterprise environmentAbility to build relationships and collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating multiple priorities and managing competing deadlinesExperience supporting project delivery methodologies and change management initiativesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to analyze business needs and support technology-driven solutionsBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferredFlexible WorkingAt Conduent, we value individuality and flexible working arrangements.
