Billing Clerk Rela Dyne is the nation's leading automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants provider and a trusted partner for reliability services. We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Houston. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, creating sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring billing information is completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities: Track and record fuel and other products through Smart Logix and SAP to generate accurate customer invoices Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and reports Create and process sales orders Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information Respond to emails and provide timely support to internal and external customers Answer incoming telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally Generate accurate daily reports in a timely manner Work across multiple software systems and platforms Research and resolve open orders, unbilled liabilities, and paperwork discrepancies Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Requirements: Must reside within 60 miles of our Houston location Minimum one year of administrative, billing, or office experience Strong research, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills Intermediate math skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the fuel, transportation, logistics, or related industry Experience using SAPExperience with invoicing, billing, or order processing systems Why Rela Dyne?
