Responsibilities:
Working safely in the packaging area. Must be PPE trained on specific required safety gear for the area. Packaging all liquid fertilizers in accordance with the daily production schedule. Maintain a clean work environment. Demonstrate competence with company safety standards. Report any incidents/accidents to your lead and/or manager right away. Work closely with other team members. Meet physical requirements including lifting and standing while wearing proper PPE.Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more. Enduring the heat and humidity. Keep yourself hydrated. Running all packaging line equipment. Implementing packaging line quality control. Operation of all machines on the packaging line. Must perform all other duties as needed. Maintain a clean work environment. Demonstrate competence with company safety standards.
Qualifications:
Experience using a forklift. Exceptional attention to detail. Able to lift heavy objects (50 lbs repetitively).Must be able to start immediately. Please email a detailed work history. Seeking full-time team members to support daily production efforts. Position involves repetitive heavy lifting, bending, and stooping, and the ability to stand on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
