Career Level: S3Wholesale Relationship Management is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with commercial and institutional clients to support their financial needs and drive growth across the organization's wholesale banking portfolio. Activities include: Identifying client opportunities Delivering tailored financial solutions Coordinating product specialists Providing guidance across lending, treasury, capital, and advisory services Responsibilities also include managing the end-to-end client experience, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring strong credit and risk practices, and collaborating with internal partners to support efficient onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution. Wholesale Client Services Delivery is responsible for supporting the onboarding, servicing, administration, and operational delivery of products and services to wholesale banking clients. Activities may include client support, service coordination, implementation activities, and operational issue resolution. Other duties as assigned. Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include: Working under limited supervision for routine situations. Providing assistance and training to lower level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Typically requires 5+ years relevant experience May require vocational or technical training
