We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a vibrant urban winery and event venue known for exceptional food, wine, and memorable guest experiences. This role oversees culinary execution across the tasting room, restaurant, weddings, private events, and off-site catering. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the culinary management team and BOH staff Oversee culinary operations across restaurant, tasting room, events, and off-site catering Partner with FOH and event teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences Develop and execute seasonal menus, recipes, production plans, and culinary standards Manage food and labor costs, forecasting, purchasing, inventory, and waste Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, sanitation, and kitchen organization Participate in events and collaborate directly with clients on wedding and event menus Requirements +
Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including 3+ years at the Executive Chef level 3-5 years of banquet and/or event experience Experience leading high-volume culinary operations; ability to execute up to 350 covers Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, costing, purchasing, and inventory Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire culinary teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Hospitality professional with a passion for food, wine, events, and creating memorable experiences
