About the role

Job Description: We are seeking an Office/Sales Assistant to join our team! Your responsibilities would involve the following. Responsibilities for Office/Sales Assistant Handling incoming calls and other communications. Provide information about products. Managing filing system. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Document and update customer records based on interactions. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Coordinating events as necessary. Maintaining supply inventory including receiving and restocking of new shipments. You would be required to take down, prepare and package, and ship out customer orders. Maintaining office equipment as needed. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Qualifications for Office/Sales Assistant High school diploma or associate’s degree. Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary. Must be attentive to customer’s needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction. Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs, and Power Point. Work well with others and be a team player. Warm personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work well under limited supervision. Ability to manage schedules and inventory. Great communication skills. Have a valid driver's license.
