About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Skilled Trades Worker to be a part of the day to day maintenance activities of our unique environment. Individuals with experience working in a multi-unit environment, such as hotels, resorts, schools, etc, are ideal candidates for this role. Must have experience in construction trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, repair technician, which includes equipment maintenance (commercial food grade equipment), and minor construction. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:HEALTH INSURANCE Regular full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental and Vision plans the first of the month following 60-days of employment in full-time status. We also offer various supplemental insurance programs to meet your specific needs. PAID TIME OFF (PTO) Full-time non-exempt employees begin accruing PTO at a rate of one week for the first year of employment, which can be used after 90 days of employment (.01925 hours per regular hour worked). The accrual rate increases to two weeks after two years of employment (.0385 hours per regular hour worked).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid California driver license, with a clean record to qualify for our insurance. Must have open availability to work schedules that may include weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
