This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising and developing an Inside Sales team while managing an individual book of business. The successful candidate will lead by example, supporting team performance, fostering strong customer relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth through account management and sales activities. The position will be working out of our Grand Rapids, MI.
Roles and responsibilities include:
