As we accelerate our expansion across the United States, we’re seeking an ambitious and commercially driven General Manager to lead our next phase of growth. You will oversee all aspects of the USA business-from manufacturing through to supply chain, service, sales, and distribution- ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across all functions.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution. You’ll take ownership of market expansion, revenue growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance, translating ambitious goals into measurable commercial success.
Working across sales, marketing, operations, and customer relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence, identifying new opportunities, and building a high-performing business capable of sustained growth.
Key responsibilities:Fiscal responsibility for Antelco Group’s USA businesses including sales performance, expense control and profitability
With the advice and consultation from the Group GM in Australia, administer the policies of the USA Business units
In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager, cultivate high-value relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, and mentor the sales team to secure and scale new business partnerships
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategy
Lead, mentor and develop a high performing teamAbout youYou’re an astute, energetic, results-oriented professional who knows how to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. In addition, you can demonstrate:
Proven leadership of a manufacturing or industrial business, ideally from within the water, irrigation or agriculture sectors
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion
Experience working with distributors and managing key customer relationships
A collaborative approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
The ability to undertake regular, national travel
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
