About the role

Match Group is seeking a strategic VP-level leader to consolidate and scale its commercial contracting function across the portfolio. Based in the US with a Dallas option, you will build the team, templates, and processes from the ground up and partner with Legal AI Enablement to embed AI in the loop. You will own global contracting, manage procurement and SaaS agreements, and lead the Legal Operations group responsible for contract lifecycle, billing, and legal-tech tooling.
