About the role
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Sales Consultant will convert warm leads into treatment plans through consultative phone conversations, managing a pipeline of clients remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Engage with warm leads to educate patients on treatment options and convert inquiries into sales
Conduct over 50 outbound calls daily, following up persistently to close sales and meet revenue targets
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring visibility of actions and next stepsRequired qualificationsProven experience in outbound or phone-based sales
Ability to thrive in a high-activity sales environment with a focus on measurable results
Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of managing a personal sales pipeline independently
Availability to cover assigned time zones to support national operations
No prior aesthetics background required, as full paid training will be provided
