About the role
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including KOL cultivation & maintenance.
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and can impart this knowledge to the larger sales team via cross functional collaboration.
- Develop & execute on territory business plans in a 3-month sales cycle/quota-based system.
- Implement targeted call plan; appropriately mobilize corporate resources where necessary.
- Transfer account knowledge and other requested information to supervisor on weekly basis.
- Proactively recognize and communicate urgent information in a timely manner.
- Manage expense budgets for your respective geography; maintain accountability for compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Report customer product complaints & adverse events per the corporate Quality Affairs policy. Sell products per FDA labelling and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain current working knowledge of reimbursement environment & speak proficiently regarding such matters.
- Complete administrative requirements on time and accurately.
- Proficient with the use of CRM (Salesforce); maintain and updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character; consistently represent the company with the highest professional standards.
- Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field required 1+ year in medical sales required
- Polished communication: Friendly, professional, and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Must be optimistic, curious, have a continuous learning mindset, and thrive in ownership-based environments
