About the Role:
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, component sourcing, and data center infrastructure logistics. Working closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, finance, and operations, you will support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.
What You’ll DoVendor Onboarding & Coordination: Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communication with technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
Order Tracking & Inventory: Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of high-value hardware assets from procurement to deployment.
Process Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes, identifying efficiency and optimization opportunities for global hardware logistics and data center deliveries.
Market & Data Analysis: Track and report on global market trends, pricing, and lead times for semiconductor components to support proactive purchasing strategies.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
Mentorship & Shadowing: Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director to gain hands-on exposure to strategic procurement, vendor negotiation, and global supply chain leadership.
Special Projects: Take ownership of small initiatives and projects that help build redundancy and agility into our growing global supply chain network.
Who You Are:
Required QualificationsJunior or Senior college student currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Supply Chain Management, particularly within a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel with a solid analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous exposure to or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Basic understanding of procurement functions, vendor management, or hardware lifecycles.
Enthusiasm for AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor technology.
