Senior Business Solutions Architect

Ensures deliverables are met, by assisting with design, execution, and value estimation and realization for initiatives.\n\n \n Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement\n\n\n \n Evaluate, assess, and design solutions\n\n\n \n Assist in value estimation, cost-benefit analysis, and business case creation\n\n\n \n Establish and maintain business architecture governance\n\n\n \n Coordinate across business and delivery groups to ensure timely completion of key deliverables\n\n\n \n Create and maintain core business architecture models, such as value streams, business capabilities, information maps, and strategy trees\n\n\n \n Lead workshops the gather ideas, evaluate processes, and gather intelligence\n\n\n \n Track and trend predicted business value versus actual value and business outcomes\n\n\n \n Advise senior leadership on business strategies\n \n Performs other duties as assigned\n\n\n \n Complies with all policies and standards\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field required:\n5+ years Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Business Design required:\nExperience with Business Architecture Frameworks preferred:\nWorkshop Facilitation preferred:\nBusiness Architecture Certification Upon Hire preferred:Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year\n Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
