Description: Snow and Ice Fighter/Labor Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated and reliable Snow and Ice Fighter to join our team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and operational control. This role involves operating ride-on ground application equipment, handling other application tools, and driving a truck & trailer to transport equipment.
Responsibilities: Shoveling and snowblowing snow off sidewalks and driveways as required. Applying Ice Melt to sidewalks and driveways as necessary. Loading and unloading equipment into and out of trucks. Operating ride-on ground application equipment and other application tools safely and efficiently. Transporting equipment using a truck & trailer.
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in operational control. Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Experience in operating ride-on ground application equipment and other application tools.
