About the role

Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee Dorm Coordinators and Residential Advisors in a program serving youth ages 16–24. You will supervise living conditions, coordinate activities, and ensure safety and positive development aligned with Job Corps standards. The role requires a High School Diploma, at least one year with youth, and preferred dormitory management or supervisory experience. CPR/First Aid/AED certification and valid driver's license are required.
