Role Description:
The ideal candidate is a sales superstar with experience managing a heavy volume of both social and corporate clients, with a minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience. Looking for ambition, sales prowess and ideally a rolodex of NYC based clients across various corporate sectors that would love delicious Cuban food in a immersive Cuban environment! Plenty of room for growth, no ceiling on sales opportunity and a healthy base salary with competitive benefits. The Catering Sales Managers main responsibility will be to generate event and catering revenue through sales and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the owner, Executive Chef, General Manager and Marketing team to accomplish this.
