Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the company’s food safety program and related documentation. Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine inspections of food handling, storage, sanitation, and facility conditions. Maintain records such as necessary logs, cleaning schedules, customer complaints, corrective actions, and supplier documentation. Assist with internal audits and prepare documentation for regulatory or third-party inspections. Provide basic food safety training and guidance to staff as needed. Support implementation of corrective actions when food safety issues are identified. Coordinate with management to ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement of the food safety system.
