Rent Ready Site Manager

What You'll Do: Manage multiple renovation and apartment turn projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules Conduct site visits and monitor project progress Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Perform quality control inspections Communicate with property managers, recruiter, ownership groups, and internal teams Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
