Job Description
Day-to-Day: Responsibilities:100% work processing documents on a PC - no phone work. Every night, a daily agenda is sent out for the next day. Look at the agenda and look at what you are assigned to for the day, and once out of training, you will be expected to complete the tasks of that day. Operations: Covers jobs responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency. Process documents. Data Entry using MS Office Suite and some office clerical tasks. Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving. Receive, log, batch, and distribute work. Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
Required Skills: PC experience with keyboarding and 10-key skills. Basic Microsoft Office Skills. Data entry and decision-making skills. Ability to follow established procedures. Ability to sit and look at a computer for extended periods of time. Reliable: attendance is very important.
