About the role

Local Authority in Lancaster is seeking an experienced Project/Contract Manager to support a portfolio of property-related projects within a conservation and heritage environment. You will manage projects and contracts across a substantial property portfolio, coordinating internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safely, on time and to required standards. Hybrid working pattern applies to a nine-month contract, with three days in the office and two days from home.
