About the role
Coordinating activities across multiple sites, the full-time Blending Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for key customers in the petroleum division, managing customer orders and ensuring smooth onboarding processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Maintaining frequent contact with customers to build strong professional relationships
Managing the daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders, translating them into work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff
Verifying outgoing reports and invoices sent to customers while collaborating with sales and other departments
Required qualifications:
Background in the petroleum industry or relevant professional experience in blending
Strong customer focus with the ability to set priorities and take initiative
Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to finding practical solutions
Dynamic, driven, and flexible with strong self-confidence
Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
