Administrative Assistant

We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention.   The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and overall efficiency of our company.  This position is responsible for a range of essential administrative and data-focused functions that keep our business running smoothly. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing high-volume data entry with accuracy and consistency, processing purchase orders and related documentation, and performing three-way invoice matching (purchase order, receipt, and invoice).
