Job Description: The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules throughout the project lifecycle. This position partners closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively planned, monitored, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules in collaboration with Project Executives, Project Managers, and Superintendents. Lead and facilitate the monthly schedule update process with project teams. Manage and maintain all project scheduling data within Primavera P6.Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical path activities to identify schedule risks and delays. Review three-week look-ahead schedules for alignment with master schedules. Prepare schedule reports, graphics, dashboards, and contractual reporting deliverables. Coordinate project timelines with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and monitor project risks that may impact schedule performance. Support compliance with company scheduling standards and best practices. Maintain schedule documentation and historical project data.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or construction management. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling. Commercial and multifamily construction experience preferred. Experience in NY, NJ, and CT markets preferred. Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
