About the role
Our company located in Akron is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis
Salary The salary for this position is $1100 per month
Responsibilities Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
Organizing and maintaining files and documents
Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
Providing general support to the office staff as needed
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel Outlook
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail is a must
Kenyan nationality preferred
