About the role
A well-established, multidisciplinary engineering firm is looking for Electrical Engineers to join their MEP team in their Asheville, NC office They deliver projects nationwide across healthcare, education, commercial, life science & industrial. Typically fast-paced, design-led work with real ownership from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design electrical systems (power, lighting, life safety)Work across new build + renovation projects Support projects from concept through construction Collaborate with in-house architecture and engineering teams Contribute to coordinated, buildable designs What They’re Looking For 3–10 years’ experience in MEP / building services Strong electrical design fundamentals Experience in commercial and/or residential projects Revit / AutoCAD experiencePE or on track is a plus Why It’s Worth a Look True flexibility Strong national pipeline, consistent project flow Mix of high-volume work & varied project types Proper multidisciplinary setup Clear progression without forcing you into management too early Package Competitive salary & bonus Full benefits Long term growth
