Guidewire Solution Architect

Overview: The Insurance Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of insurance projects, ensuring high-quality service, timely execution, and alignment with client and business objectives. This role involves leadership across operations, technology, and stakeholder management within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Management Lead the execution of insurance projects (life, health, or general insurance).Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall service quality.2. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction. Handle escalations and resolve critical issues. Manage cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, policy admin, IT).Mentor team members and drive performance improvements.4. Process & Operations Improve operational efficiency in insurance processes such as: Claims processing UnderwritingPolicy servicing Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement automation, analytics, and process optimization. Support business growth and new client onboarding. Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
