Department Manager - $300 Sign On Bonus! McDonald's is hiring a full‑time or part‑time Department Manager. The role includes managing one or more departments and overseeing staff to deliver high‑quality customer and food service.
Responsibilities: Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to leadership. Oversee Crew and Managers to deliver a great customer experience. Ensure sales promotions are executed correctly. Maintain training of service staff and front‑counter organization for McCafé and Drive‑Thru. Control food safety, quality, and cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures. Recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred. Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Flexible schedule and 18 years or older. Strong leadership and communication skills.
