About the role

Siemens is establishing a new manufacturing site in Pendergrass, Georgia, and seeks a Training and Engagement Manager to build the Training & Qualification function from the ground up for an hourly manufacturing workforce. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with site leadership, Operations, EHS, P&O, and technical experts. You will create strategy, curriculum, processes, and trainer organization to support workforce readiness, employee engagement, communications, and culture
