About the role
Leading the enterprise third party risk management program, the full-time remote Third Party Risk and Operations Lead will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive TPRM and procurement orchestration strategy, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate supplier risk.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage an enterprise-wide TPRM program, including policies, processes, and stakeholder engagement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and respond to audits and customer due diligence requests
Drive procurement orchestration strategy, integrating AI capabilities and optimizing supplier-related workflows
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
10+ years of experience in TPRM, supplier risk, procurement, or related fields within financial services or regulated environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AI applications in TPRM
Strong relationship-building skills with an emphasis on empathy and communication
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational change in a diverse organization
